Tayport Football Club are delighted to announce the permanent signing of midfielder Louis Joyce. Louis is no stranger to the Canniepairt after an impressive loan spell with us last season.
On signing Joyce, manager Chris Macpherson had this to say, “We are thrilled to get the deal with Louis over the line. We were extremely keen to retain Louis after having him on loan from Dundee FC last season. Upon his release we knew we faced stiff competition to secure his signature from both junior and senior teams, so it is particularly pleasing that he has chosen to come and play his football with us at Tayport. Louis is a tenacious player with bags of enthusiasm and quality. He is tough in the tackle and a real competitor. I see no reason why he can’t return to the senior game should he continue to develop. Louis will go into the squad for Saturday’s game with St Andrews United.”
