Tayport Football Club are thrilled to announce the signing of Innes Barbour. Innes who is 17, plays in midfield and has caught the eye of the manager whilst training with the club. Innes started off playing with AM Soccer, where he was part of their treble winning side in 2021, before being picked up by Dundee FC.
On the signing of the young midfielder, manager Daryl McKenzie said, "Innes has been in training with us for the last three or four weeks and has shown up really strongly. He's a midfielder who can pretty much play any position across the midfield. He is young and ambitious and is definitely one for the future, but he is also one that we think will play a significant part in our squad this season and will have a real impact."
Innes goes straight into the squad for tomorrow's game against Ardeer Thistle and is available for selection.
